After watching the referred video in the article (

I conclude that this smells like big speculations of which several people
show how easy they think you can earn money out of this new project, by
overestimating the potential in a big way, so they can earn the most out of
their own speculations.

It's also a nice test case what mechanisms get into actions once a big
source of energy is revealed and how much money can be put on the table
from investors when such a source consists of proven technology.
