Alain Sepeda, I thought you made some very good points.
I have been going on about the coming high permanent unemployment rate that is inevitable with more automation and better computers, for some time. This is probably the most efficient answer to that problem.
I particularly like the idea of pushing welfare administration down to the recipient.
