By contrast, it is quite plausible that we are now witnessing plans being laid for the the development and manufacture of the E-Cat in China, under the management of Industrial Heat, which is connected to Cherokee. Currently there is a thread on this list about whether it would be possible for China to race ahead in the development of cold fusion, and what implications that might have. It seems we will now have a real-world opportunity to see which of our various prognostications ends up being most on target. Eric
