This high power density tells me that the Mills reaction must be the Papp reaction. In the Papp reaction, there is little if any heat generation. Heat production is what limits power production and density. All the power comes from plasma expansion and this is what Mills is attempting to utilize to convert plasma movement into electric power. In this, the Papp technology is superior to all other LENR technologies. But using hydrogen, Mills will have trouble with reactor durability. Unfettered by hydrino dogma, another developer will move to using only noble gases to replace hydrogen like Papp did. There is nothing new under the sun. What is past is prolog.
