I disagree. Rossi has been independently confirmed by the people from ELFORSK, and in other private, unpublished tests. He has also done public tests. These were marred by sloppy techniques but despite that, they were more convincing than anything done in public by Defkalion, or by Mills, as far as I know. Mills does have credibility from the early work with nickel, and the collaborations with NASA and others. - Jed
