In my personal road of discovery in LENR, I have come across two more papers that define how subatomic particles are formed by photons. This info is for convenience and future reference once you are certain as informed by future experimental data that this magnetic mechanism is the true road to LENR.
To reiterate, as I have posted preciously here on vortex, nuclei are destabilized by huge magnetic fields produced by electromagnetic (EMF) black hole type solitons that are produced by nanoplasmonic processes. These huge fields will destabilize the vacuum so that mesons are catalyzed along the magnetic field lines of the magnetic fields. Also, quarks are pinned and destabilized along these field lines and the vacuum is made superconducting. These recent papers as referenced in this post explains how mesons are forms by EMF: photons.
