Lack of actual study of Mills' postings as led some to assume that the CIHT process is somehow a variation of the claims made for Brown's Gas. Essentialy, it is claimed that the gases from water electrolysis, when burnt, yield more energy than H2 and O2 produced separately. In the past, I have witnessed fund-raising demonstrations purporting to show this effect, but without use of calorimetric methods.
Actual reading of the documents available on the BLP website will show that 'electrolysis ' is not involved in the production of the *nasent*H2O catakyst, which can be written HOH to indicate that it is not common H2O, which has a lower potential energy and is not a BLP catalyst. The description of the creation of *nascent*H2O is descrbed in a paper on the website. What was demonstrated in the video was the activation of a pellet of solid fuel heated by a strong pulse of electricity. The Technical Presentation on the website shows details of an apparatus for producing and activating fuel pellets a rapid rate, with only consumible being ordinary water. Mike Carrell
