Mr. Letts is experimenting with Nanoplasmonics and getting a COP of up to 30 with it. He is shining a low powered laser onto the cracked surface of palladium which has been roughened through deuterium loading. Here too, the level of magnetic production by SPP generation is amazingly very low powered yet can produce a high COP.
