Is this a joke? Actual Nobel nominations are not public. Perhaps garbled by translation, it seems the Professor mentioned is merely planning to nominate MFMP for the Peace Prize? By the same thought process, he could nominate me for one as well, and I would have the same chance i.e. zero.
