The main reason why the Mills sun system will not work is that Mills does
not understand how important capturing the feedback current is let alone
coming up with a way to capture it.

When I worked with Russ on Papp engine replication, Russ could never
capture that important current and his COP paid the price.

Bob Rohner was able to spin a small electric motor with that current but
Russ never even got that far.

Bob was able to do it because he put thorium in his electrodes (called
buckets). Thorium is an alpha emitter that was pushed into massive emission
of alpha particles when arc discharge was underway.

Just after the spark, the buckets have a massive positive charge produced
by that alpha particle burst, and that positive charge strongly sucks up
the unbound electrons left in the plasma after the “pop” has completed.
Papp used radium to produce an even bigger alpha particle burst. But he
eventually died from the practice. Russ stopped replication efforts due to
health concerns.

At the end of the day, unless those unbound electrons are quickly removed,
unless that plasma is quickly stabilized after the pop though unbound
electron removal, the solid crystals of water will not reform and the COP
of the reaction takes a big hit.

Russ’s reaction chamber glowed bright green for seconds after a pop because
the plasma was not quickly stabilized.

Mills may need to feed new solid water into his reaction after he quickly
clears the plasma from the last pop. But he will never think to capture the
feedback current and his COP will be minuscule because of it. He will need
a minimum COP of 6 to be in the over unity game, but he won’t make that.
