It will convince no one concerning the E-Cat who is not already convinced. The report was authored by some of the same people who have been doing testing on the E-Cat since 2011. I suspect that is because they're the only ones Rossi will allow near the device. I do not expect a more rigorous test from this group in the future. Nonetheless the data they have provided in this and previous tests are very interesting to pore over, keeping in mind the great uncertainty. Eric
