The conditions, however, have been unacceptable in terms of scientific, freedom and transparency. My interpretation of this is that Rossi does not want a critical review because it would reveal that the cat is not working! Rossi could probably pull out of this for a while and they convinced cat hugs will never change their minds no matter what evidence is presented.
