Hi I have 8 ns trajectory of MD simulations, divided in 4 .trr files each of 2ns. I use trjcat to concat all 4 in one and use it as input for csg_fmatch. But I am getting segmentation fault, whereas if I use only 2ns .trr file fmatch seems to work without any errors. What could be the possible source of error?
