Dear GuiBin, as Konstantin pointed out, it doesn't really matter which distribution you use. I personally prefere fedora since the packages are most up to date, but ubuntu, suse, gentoo, ... were tested and will do fine. We had bad experience with suse enterprise since many "standard" packages were missing and had to be installed manually. I don't know about redhat enerprise.
Konstantin gave perfect advice, please install the mercurial package and provide more details if you need help. Votca depends on several other packages, a list can be found here http://code.google.com/p/votca/wiki/Dependencies Best, Victor 2012/3/13 Bin GUI <[email protected]>: > Hi, > > I have fellow the instruction > on http://code.google.com/p/votca/wiki/Installing, but I am not success. > > I want to know which version of LINUX you used in your research.
