Hello, I am trying to represent a molecule with mixed resolutions (i.e. with some atoms as CG particles and others at their atomic resolution). However, I am unable to get a satisfactory mapped configuration file. I tried using the hybrid tag and the map-ignore tag but neither worked. What would be the best strategy to solve this problem ?
