dear all,
i have officially taken over the maintenance of 'the linux kernel module
programming guide'. right now i'm doing a complete rewrite.
what's really needed is people to read my chapters as a finish them (my goal
is a chapter, perhaps two, a month).
most valuable are C programmers who know next to nothing about module
programming (to see if the book is accomplishing what it sets out to do) and
people who know a lot about linux (to check accuracy of the material).
i also would like people with aesthetics and good spelling/grammar skills to
go over the chapters to make sure the non-technical but still important
things are doing well. arrogant typesetting/font TeX snobs are prefered.
please contact me off-list if you're interested in helping out.
pete
