It sounds like you might have another computer on your LAN using the same IP address. These mass disconnection events occur when the other computer sends out a packet and your switches decide 207.247.90.26 is suddenly attached to a different port and using a different ARP address.
Another possibility is that mmagdb is behind some kind of NAT router or stateful firewall, and the router is going nuts every so often.
