Yes, the bus driver is scx200_acb. I already modify the driver to use a
larger value for POLL_TIMEOUT, but no effect. It seems that the driver
is not using interrupt.

Either that, or the bus-driver itself is buggy. What bus driver did you
use, scx200_acb?
