In /etc/modules, uses
ath_pci autocreate=none
or add a new file called /etc/modprobe.d/madwifi and contain the
following line:
options ath_pci autocreate=none
I prefer the second option. This way, madwifi-ng driver will not
auto-create ath0, instead you can use /etc/network/interfaces to create
ath0. I already use it for my 0.2pre4 test. This fix will be included
in 0.2pre4.

Yeah, interrupt driven mode isn't implemented yet. I
already thought of
changing that, but currently don't find the time.
