install it using "dpkg -i".

hi Punky,
I ran into dependency problems trying to install this kernel over 2.6.8
- dpkg said initramfs-tools was needed. I tried to install
initramfs-tools, but this depended on for udev (amongst other things.)
Tried to install udev, but said it conflicted with hotplug.
So I'm stuck.
