Hi Beat,
Could you share your Nagios setup? I've been thinking of installing Nagios
in an ALIX board for some time.
I planned to sync the status data from tmpfs to CF periodically, as I am
afraid hard disk is not as durable, especially in outdoor environment.
Rgds,
Michael

Hi Leon
I have no idea with alix1d and ide but I use an alix3d2 with and 2.5'' hd
connected to one usb connector
with an usb to ide coneverter while I get the power for the hd from the
second usb connector.
This setup is working nearly 1 year on an tower in 30m in the air ...
Working really nice ... Nagios, cacti and central rsyslogd is logging to
the disk ...
My 2 cents...
Greetings
Beat

Just wondering if anyone is/has used Voyage with the Alix1d boards?
I'm mainly interested in using the IDE connector to hook up a small 2.5"
hard drive to log data.
