Nope, it's loaded as "Plugins/voyager_ssleay.vlib".
In fact, you may be using MiamiSSL all the time without even 
noticing :)

If V can't find the plugin, it will (silently) resort to MiamiSSL, and 
only complain if neither of both can be found.
