Once again, there are three options:

- MiamiSSL plus miamisslusa.library: ONLY legal within the US and
  Canada.

- MiamiSSL plus miamisslintl.library: ONLY legal outside of the
  US or Canada.

- Voyager's SSL plugin: ONLY legal outside of the US or Canada.
