I have only used Contact Manager to create and maintain the Bookmark file for
V3. The Bookmark manager built into V3 seems to use the CManager.library to
define the Bookmark Manager GUI but it doesn't have all of the features of
Contact Manager. ie.:Importing and saving of different information files.
V3 should at least be able to Import the Bookmark file from V2 :(((
