Contact Manager can already import the bookmarks file.
Database->Import->Voyager Hotlist...
Select the Bookmarks.html file and away you go. You can even set the
preferences to do this automatically whenever Bookmarks.html is
updated.
Admittedly, CManager doesn't have an export option which is badly
needed.
