(NB I don't have V3 yet)

No, the current one saves the bookmarks as an HTML file which I can take
into work and use on Netscape. It is quick and simple.

The Contact Manager is a separate program to do what should be a built
in function of a browser. This is equivalent to using datatypes for
decoding JPEG or GIF, for instance.

I don't happen to want to "manage contacts". I just want a simple
(admittedly long) list of bookmarks.
