That would have been me.  Load the known working .mcc file into an editor
like CygnusEd or GoldEd and search for the $ver: string.  Just make the
change in that string to a newer version number that Voyager will accept.
Be sure to keep the original .mcc file just in case (rename it or make a
backup copy to another directory) so that you can fall back to it if
something doesn't work right.
