Yes, but it isn't 'unused'. Even textinput uses the library. And, if you
were using any kind of Vapor app (or more than one Vapor app) at the same
time etc, then the library would still be resident and 'open' (ie. by an app
other than Voyager).

Which is why, in this case, with this library, you have to reboot when you
copy/install an updated version.
