On my system the assign to SYS:Libs is done automatically by the OS. I use a
program called Assign Manager to handle my assigns. I suppose I could
remove the LIBS: assign to SYS:Libs before starting Assign Manager and go
from there.

That said, it still would be nice to give the user some control in the
location of files when expert mode is selected at the beginning of a
script.
