LIBS:, C:, S: and a bunch of others get assigned by the boot process. 
I've reversed all those to move stuff from my too small SYS: partition.
I also reset the paths so that the behaviour is the same from CLI. 

But the script should use the LIBS: and not SYS:

I concur: I have several partitions that I may or not mount during any
session. I try to keep libraries for an app on the same partition,
Vapor's script makes that a pain.
