Had trouble too ... until I found removing all files of CManager
is the right step ...
You only need libs:CManager.library and mui:libs/mui/CManager.mcc
All other files should be deleted ... even the envarc: envarc:mui
files related to cmanager ...
Reboot and the next time V is started it should ask for a path
to the file where to keep the bookmarks ...
My bookmarks are now similar efficient as in v2 and they save on exit
(PS Keep a copy of all deleted files ... just in case ;)
