But why do you find the new bookmark system more cumbersome than the old
bookmark system? 

There is the same functions both in the old and the new bookmark system.
The only difference is that the GUI look a bit different.

Well, Don, before you start complaining I think you should take a look at
what the current bookmark system offers you. As far as I remember the
old bookmark system didn't offer any search facility. In the new
implementation you will find a menu item titled "Search..." under the
"Bookmarks" menu.

Another advantage of the new bookmark system is that you can associate an
e-mail address with a entry as well as make a few comments for each entry.

The only two things I miss with the new system is:

 1. A button I can click so YAM can be launched for writing a letter to
    the specified e-mail address

 2. A safety requester for the "Delete" button.

Well, you say "The old bookmarks system was much better and less buggy"
to quote you, but what is the problems exactly?  I think it works like a
charm and I do not experience any problems.
