I believe it ist a typical case of RTFM :-) The TurboPrint 7 manual
states (my manual is in German, so I have to translate):
On page 21 is said:

Printing of Postscript files.
Postscript files are printed in the easiest way out of the Amiga Shell.
.... There you type: /Copy <file name> to PS:/
Instead of /<file name>/ put in the name of the postscript file ....

Of course TurboPrint must be installed correctly. I just tried the APDF
demo.pdf with my printers Canon BJC-4400 and Epson LQ-570+ (24 needles)
and it works allright. While ago I had printed the elatefact.pdf from
Tao's website without any problems.
If you prefer you might contact me privately to find out about the TP
settings.
