Firstly (although this is absolutely not a 'I'm having a go at you' email!),
it's worth all users bearing in mind that you should *always* backup your
supplied keyfiles, as we are not responsible for what you do/don't do with the
keys, once you receive them.
For instance, if you bought, say, Photoshop on the PC/Mac, then 'lost' the
serial code (ie. say you accidentally threw it away or whatever), you couldn't
expect to then phone Adobe and ask for your code...even if you had registered
it....or ask for another. They simply would not do it. Or, with the vague chance
that they would, they would certainly charge you for this replacement code.
Also, the process of issuing keyfiles, via the online order system, is a
completely automated process....re-processing 'lost' keys (mainly due to user HD
crashes) is a *manually* process, which takes time (and also takes time from
coding Vapor apps!) and effort.
So, please always backup your keys, onto floppy disk (or another HD) or
whatever! Thanks :)
Now...

Where did you email? [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the best place for this, although
genuine registration problems of course get any priority.
Also, how did you order? Via the online order system, or via the registration
tool?
Could you reply to this personally, via [EMAIL PROTECTED], rather than on this
list.
We always try to re-process 'lost' keys, as soon as possible. But, as I said,
it's a manual (not automatic) process, so you need to make sure that you give us
as much information as possible and email [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanks,
Chris.
