Some Windows NT servers accept resume but they do it from byte 0. V can't do
anything against that unfortunately.
Well, if someone finds a resume problem I need the following to track it:
- URL
- server version (use the Info... menu/context menu of Voyager)
- if it's reproduceable
- filesystem used by the partition where the file is being downloaded
