I find it usually works but did not work with the PageStream upgrade
from Haage. Each attempt to download this (always needing Resumes) ended
up with a diffeent file size, and the file was corrupt at the first
Resume point.
This gave the same symptoms as you describe.
It seems some servers do not like Voyager's Resume, but HTTP-resume does
work with them.
