Firstly, as the others have already given - my condolances to the people and families 
involved.

Secondly - I agree, it is silly what some governments allow.  Back home in Southend we 
have, not 50 feet off the high tide mark, a sunken Second World War War Ship.

It is LADEN with high explosives and amunition.  The ships top is actually visable at 
the low tide.  However, the darned thing is not able to be moved, or even emptied 
because the metal is so corroded that any disturbance could set the whole lot off and 
blow half of the local area away.

It IS a scary thought, to know you have a time bomb on your doorstep.

Its even more scary to think that there COULD be one, but that you dont actually know 
about it (at least the people of that Part of Southend have a choice whether to live 
there or not!).

So my condolances again.
