I resort to using a hexeditor like FileX.
Load the Cache/URL-History.1 into it, search for the item you wish to
remove.
Now go to the end of the URL, and look for a hex value 00. Starting
from here, highlight all the way back to the the value infront of the
00 before your URL and remove.
eg:

Starting at the end 00 of the file, hightlight and move the cursor
back to the 76 at pos 0022. Delete that, and youre left with just the
yahoo entry (ending with 00) in the URL-History.1
Hope that helps some. I was working on a URL-History editor, but
haven't got around to finishing it. Maybe one day I will.
