i just took 1 hour of time and wrote a very basic one myself. it is
not 100% finished yet but i can load the url file, sort it and delete
entries. and the saved file is recognized by v3 ;-) so it seems to
work basically...
when it is done i will put it on my homepage. but definitely not this
weekend.
do you know what exactly the three longwords in front of the urls
mean? the third one is the length of the url, that's clear. the second
one seems to be (part of) a timestamp... but which format?
