Hi All,

I have not been doing much of anything, on this list, for a
bit, because, to be frank, after a while, I do get tired reading
the back-and-forths of the frustrations at the bugs found with
Voyager's last Beta/Alpha (whichever one). This does not mean I
do not use V, some of the time, nor that I am not interested in
seeing it do everything that AWeb does well and then some, be-
cause that would be the farthest from the truth.

Saying the above, let me get right to the point. I have not
downloaded and installed the latest beta. I am using 3.2.13. I
have a small request for anyone using the newer versions: After
the stock exchanges have closed for the day, please go to
"http://www.dogpile.com." Then click on "Stock Quotes." When
you have the box available to type in a company trading, do so.
After the info loads, move down to the part in which the prices
appear and note it. Then move back to the part of the screen
where that box is and type a different stock symbol. Once the
new info is loaded, do the process a third time.

Now, by typing into that box, get one of the stocks you al-
ready had checked out. Notice whether all of the info you see
matches what you originally saw. Does everything match? When I
had done this, on Thursday night (February 15, 2001), I found
that I was sometimes getting mixed up info -- some from one
stock and some from another. This *never* happens when I use
AWeb. Does it happen with newer versions of V? Is this a bug?
Is there a work-around?

                                         Regards,

                                         Julian.
