I have not seen or tried it myself; according to some brief IRC discussion, regarding this topic, it was available on AmiNet. It apparently claims to have been optimized by means of reverse engineering the code. Although gaining an speed optimization by means of this is theoretically possible, it would probably be unnoticable; MUI really has hardly any time consuming parts on itself, everything which takes a "visible" amount of time is just time spent in rendering calls.
