I haven't had much use of these improvements. Of course, with the
improvements of FFS I could use my HD to its full extent, but since
I don't need the extra disc space, I don't need the improvements. I
have 1 GB free, and several hundred MB could probably be added to this
if I took the time to get rid of odd stuff that has accumulated over
time, e.g., my PageStream archive is over 125 MB, but there is really
not much sence in saving PGS 4.07 and many later releases.

I have since 1987 had no problems handling various achives without this
Unarc utility, so I will probably be just fine without it. DOpus handles
my archives just fine. No idea what Editpad or Dock is. My guess is that
Dock is some kind of bank like DOpus' button banks.

I couldn't wish for my system to be more stable than it is at the moment.
Okay, of course it would be nice if Voyager didn't crash as often as it
does. However, I get the impression that I in general has fewer Voyager
crashes than many other Voyager users. This is most probably dependant
upon the sites being visited, and my list of most visited sites might be
a bit more Voyager safe than other people's list of sites. I often
experience days without Voyager crashing at all. And there are months
between other applications causing a crash.

My Guru log, which goes back to December 17th, only lists:

Date : Friday 20-Dec-02 01:28:10
Task : 08785AC0 "MUI-PubScreen-YAM"
Error : 8000000B (DEADEND)
By : System
Cause : Line 1111 Emulator error
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Date : Friday 27-Dec-02 13:44:24
Task : 08502410 "MiamiPPPoE Unit 0"
Error : 8000000B (DEADEND)
By : System
Cause : Line 1111 Emulator error

In both cases Voyager was hanging at the same time, so the crash is most
probably due to Voyager. In such cases I surely ascribe such crashes to
Voyager and not the application being listed. And I use my Amiga all the
day: YAM, NewsRog, Voyager running all the time, PageStream and Photogenics
running intermittently. Not really using my Amiga for anything else.
