Hi Stephen,
Actually, if the problem is the conflict between Shrew and the WiFi
miniport adaptor, one of the symptoms is that the connection DOES work
when Shrew is first installed. It breaks after a reboot.
Something else to look for on the machine is if there is other VPN
software installed. Some VPN packages cause conflicts with one another.
Do you use certificates in your config?
We can get a bunch more information when you can look at the machine and
get some output from the trace utility.
