Can you provide us with a debug log from your Shrew client machine to
see if we can see what's wrong using the instructions here?

(Note, you may need to search to find the location of iked.conf on your
Mac.)
Also, do you have any other VPN software installed or configured on the
machine? If you do, it may be causing a conflict.
