How are you connecting to the 3G connection, via wired or wireless? Does your wireless adapter have the Shrew filter driver enabled on it? What error message(s) are you getting?

At home, connecting to my access point, there is no way to connect over wifi. Alredy tried with other wifi hotspot (private and publics), no way. I suspect there is someting win 8.1 related. Anyone with this problem or hints? Any help would be highly appreciated!
