Is this a known failure signature?
I think that vpp-verify-master-centos7 should un-install the
vpp-dpdk-dev-*.rpm before the running the build to avoid this error
case. Do you agree?
I wonder if this case shows up because the build minion was re-used as
opposed to being freshly spawned. If that is the case, then all of the
vpp packages that are installed as part of the verify job should be
un-installed after the test build has completed (i.e. in the teardown
phase).
