Hi:
I have an internal test mail server where i am
testing the vqadmin package. I have installed
qmail+vpopmail+qmailadmin+sqwebmail and everything
is working fine.
I just installed vqadmin as per install
instructions and I have a few questions.
I am confused with the user logging issues and as a
result I am not able to access
the vqadmin. I am just in the testing stage. So i
pretty much used the same settings as said by the
sample ACL file and also the install instructions
and the install happened without any problems.
I followed the steps to do the ollowing to add a
user:
/usr/local/apache/bin/htpasswd -bc
/usr/local/apache/conf/vqadmin.passwd admin adminpass
I get the following error:
Forbidden:
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi on this
server.
I know its a problem with the vqadmin.acl file
because i am not specifying the user there.
Can anybody tell what should be the entry in the
.acl file to correct his problem.
Is the group and accounts the ACL file is talking
about refering to OS user accounts and groups or
the user we added to the
vqadmin.passwd.
I am confused because it is asking for a group but
i didn't create any group.
Thanks for your help.
