Hello,
I am using vserver on an smp host.
Can vhosts be mapped to one cpu ?
yes, depending on the kernel version you can do that
in two different ways:
1) for recent devel patches/kernels, with the scheduler
configuration (which supports per cpu token buckets)
I read http://linux-vserver.org/Scheduler+Parameters but can not find
something about SMP
2) for all 2.6 kernels with the cpuset/affinity settings
Ok, this means i have to patch the init scripts to run vserer xxx start
throu taskset , right ?
