hmm? that would be new ... devices are devices, and
devices can be copied ....

there are quite some funny tools out there, maybe modify
the DirectAdmin a little?

well, IMHO normal procedure, i.e:

 - create vroot devices for each iSCSI target
 - make sure to enable quota on the mount
 - configure vroot devices and copy them into 
   the guests
