My $0.02 worth:

* It would be nice to build a sort of a timeline that could be used to correct time fuzz. The XML files provide the general horizontal time flow. The labels should be used to provide vertical synchronization between items. * A general time fuzz file could be used to provide corrections for rotten VssActions. I.e., when the action is read from the vss database, the "corrected" value is used instead.
* The same file could perhaps be used to insert other missing actions...
